Professional with more than 30 years of progressive experience in different activities related to computer science, especially as software engineer, teacher, consultant and project coordinator. He is currently Head of the Department of Administrative Computing at the University of Oriente (UDO), Campus Sucre. Also, immersed in a venture in the direction of the ICT company: CESTICOM. In the managerial area, he was founder and Project Director of the Technological Park Corporation of the UDO and Director of Computing of the Rector of that University. Throughout the career, he has participated in various software projects as an analyst programmer and / or technical coordinator for both UDO and other companies. He has also participated in research projects on quality, methodologies and software architecture. He has a vast teaching experience with more than 25 years in organizations such as the National Institute of Educational Cooperation (INCE), Foundation for the Development of the UDO (FUNDAUDO), Universidad de Oriente, Institute of Technology Cumaná (IUTC, now UPTOS) , Corporación Parque Tecnológico de Oriente, Sybven Corporation, among others. He has been an instructor of the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Program from semester I to IV at UDO. He has 15 years of experience as an industrial advisor, academic and jury of undergraduate degree jobs in Computer Science and Systems Engineering at the University of Oriente and Higher Technician in Computer Science at the Cumaná University Institute of Technology (now known as UPTOS ). In the area of ​​volunteerism, he has been a member of Rotary Cumanagoto (Rotary International) since 2009. Since 2.014, he has been involved in the radio media as a speaker and producer.
