Perform all duties of the Office of the National Treasurer in the absence, incapacitation or at the request of the National Treasurer or National President.10. Assist and approve all written documents and publications sent out in the name of Men of D.I.S.T.I.N.C., Inc.11. Distribute organization materials on a need basis to the Chapters of Men of D.I.S.T.I.N.C., Inc.12. House and keep stock of National Documents, paperwork, supplies, and other necessities to properly function as a Chapter13. Serve as the executive business personnel of the National Headquarters14. Distribute all initiation materials to the chapter president. 15. Maintain accurate records and communicates the overall condition of the membership to the National Executive Board16. Monitors the inventory and maintains the supply of materials relevant to the Membership Intake Process.
