Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Business Unit:-Lead internal pursuit teams and subject matter experts to coordinate Business Development functions. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing services (IT Outsourcing) to developing new ones for the company (Cybersecurity, Cloud and Big Data). -Drive revenues within the business unit scope by being the owner of the entire opportunity development cycle (Prospect--Qualify--Evaluate--Propose--Close). This involves identifying business opportunities, selling concepts to new customers, influencing existing customers to give additional business and building/maintaining relationships throughout the organizations.-Lead presales and bid management teams. -Deliver the required level of sustained top-line growth.-Conduct industry and target customer research as well as competitor analysis.-Develope the marketing strategy and plan.-Partner and collaborate with all business and support functions of the organization to accomplish strategic goals & objectives.-Partner to build the complete ecosystem by alliances.-Coaching to high performance and Mentoring of high potential professionals.
