Led the progression of a complex all source intelligence model for the hardware and software exploitation of IEDs. Developed and implemented a new method to rapidly exploit TEDAC’s backlog of IED hardware, attributing directly to the swift collection of technical intelligence used to support counterterrorism efforts. Liaison with national and international intelligence agencies to develop data sharing links, trend analysis procedures, and counter proliferation packages. Train TEDAC, CEXC, FBI, DOD and ATF personnel in the exploitation of IEDs and development of IED focused intelligence products. Represented TEDAC in national level intelligence briefs and provide direct support and training to US EOD groups, ATF, FBI, NSA, NRL, ICE, NGIC, CEXC, OGA, I2WD, JIEDDO and various other irregular warfare and asymmetric weapons groups. Provided real-time intelligence integration assistance, as well as direct technical expertise, technical intelligence and technical support to Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI), C-IED Targeting Program (CITP), Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), Weapons Intelligence Team (WIT), and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) personnel, in support of Coalition Forces (CF). Provided timely responses to Requests For Information (RFIs) submitted by CONUS and OCONUS agencies concerning IED technical and TTP subjects.Act as the Operations Chief and Assistant Program Manager, ensuring correctness and timely report of all technical reports, RFIs and scientific documents.

Review C-IED policies for JIEDDO prior to approval, as well support the development of future doctrine and policies. Research Analyst in support of The Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO),Threat Exploitation Branch’s (TEBs) Threat Vulnerability Analysis Team (TVAT). Develop scientific plans for experimentation and collect various data for exploitation. Perform red-team vulnerability analysis on all JIEDDO Special Program (SP) initiatives as well as threat device and community outreach scientist. Perform comprehensive technical red-team analysis on SP initiatives and write detailed reports on technical vulnerabilities of systems funded for development and analyze emerging threats. Assist the Branch Chief with TEB community outreach to foster a collaborative working relationship with IED community partners. Lead member of the Threat Acquisitions and Analysis (TAAT) that identifies new/future global threat devices and managed the replication of said hardware. Submit technical reports for testing against current/future counter-measure/detection systems. Act as a liaison for both foreign and domestic entities presenting device threat capacities with replicated devices. Prepare white papers and formal briefings for JIEDDO leadership.

Led the progression of a complex all source intelligence model for the exploitation of IEDs, microcontroller firmware, electronic forensics, and signal analysis to meet head on the counter-IED and counterterrorism effort. Provide Project Management of the daily operations for TEDAC / TExU and managed the day-to-day activities for 90 + employees in the reverse engineering of IEDs and electronics forensics analysis of microcontrollers, cell phones, SIM cards, and various other components of IEDs to include the profiling of targeted groups and networks based on trend analysis and TTPs based on ELINT signature processing. Developed innovative intelligence, network analysis and exploitation reports based on customer specific requirements for the dissemination of data based on exploited IEDs, target groups and TTPs. SME support to Civilian Law Enforcement Bomb Technicians, US and Foreign Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) regarding current trends in IED design and construction, advanced IED Defeat technologies, Network and individual profiling, and counter Liaison with national and international intelligence agencies to develop data sharing links, trend analysis procedures, and counter proliferation packages. Train TEDAC, CEXC, FBI, DOD and ATF personnel in the exploitation of IEDs and development of IED focused intelligence products. Directed the day to day operations of various Marine units in support of the Global War on Terror. Expert in a variety of C2-related areas, including: Secured Radio RF, HF, VHF, UHF, and Satellite Communication. Oversaw the transition and installation of Warlock Green and Warlock Red Shortstop Electronic Protection Systems (SEPs) in HUMVEEs to meet JUONS requirements. Served as a Military Secured/Tactical Communications Officer and Advisor for a Military Integrated Training Team (MITT), to the Iraqi Army in Al Anbar Province during Operation Iraqi Freedom from October 2005-Feb 2006. Served simultaneous duties as Combat Operations Center Watch Chief and Radio Communications Supervisor during Operation Iraqi Freedom from March 2004-October 2004. Radio Chief for Operation Proof of Concept in Fallujah, Spring of 2004.
