Industrialization of new parts production, developing tools, jigs and instructions to improve time eficciency, reduce cost of production and achieve the quality levels needed in the composite manufacturing and assembly processes for the AIRBUS A350 wing panels.-CAD design of toolings and jigs (Catia V5)-Development of manufacturing process instructions (MS Office environment)

-Technical assistance to current Aerodynamic department Proyect manager.-CAD (surfaces and assembly), FEM and CFD meshing training course teacher for new team members.-Manufacturing process management.

Management of a 13 people team to develop the aerodynamic package of a Formula Student car:-Responsible for assigning design and simulation tasks and reviewing their correct execution.-Responsible for ensuring on time design and manufacturing of the aero components.-In charge of contact with partners and suppliers.

- CAD surface design of aerodynamic components and jigs.- CFD and FEM simulations.- Composite components lay-up optimization.- Hand lay-up using prepreg carbon fiber.
