Ramon worked as an Operations Supervisor (Contract) for Global Database Administrator involving in the organization split activities - HPE and HPI.He served as the Operations Supervisor in the Global IT (SSIT-MARCOM) to supervise and manage the application development team for the TSA Exit programme. His other job duties undertaken included:• To follow up on change management and change control processes / systems relating to infrastructure and applications administration.• To manage the resourcing in department.• To develop and implement knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs), relevant codes and manuals.• To performed analytical, consulting, negotiating, and meeting facilitation function.• To host daily standup meetings and ensure tasks in AGM are updated/completed.• To use and perform day to day user administration for HP Agile Manager(AGM) application.

Ramon had provide advisory services to customers interested property investment in the Klang Valley, Malaysia. In 2013, he had helped his clients invest over RM49 million into properties. He also provided IT project management services to his clients.

Kuala Lumpur

Ramon was involved in the deployment of channel partner profitability and business analytic for partner sales and inventory across pan HP in Asia Pacific-Japan.He also project managed and tracked the implementation of the new global platform to capture, store and report HP’s supplier sales and inventory data. He was a key member in the data migration from HP’s various regional legacy systems to the new global platform. The regional legacy systems are subsequently decommissioned. During the project, he hosted regular meetings with 19 of HP’s downstream system owners to discuss and supply relevant supplier data to them.

Singapore

Ramon was offered a 3-months contract by CA Singapore in April 2008 as the only Project Manager to liaise with clients, to oversee and close the remaining outstanding projects in CA Singapore. Among the Singapore customers he had handled are UOB Bank, Starhub, OCBC Bank and Citibank. In addition, he also worked closely with CA Legal, CA business partners and clients to ensure some of the selected outstanding contracts are signed over to CA's business partners.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Ramon was the Delivery Manager for CA Malaysia Services Division overseeing all the project implementation services as well as the services sales in CA Malaysia. In addition, he also double up and project manage several implementations. He was involved in managing, developing and mentoring resources assigned to a project while ensuring time, budget and success of the assigned project.Under his supervision, he had successfully helped to reduce project backlogs, built a higher team spirit, improved project billings and project implementation. From Q1 to Q2 of his joining, revenue burn rate increased by 26% while billing increased by 44%. New delivery services sales met its revenue target by over achieving 25% of its original services quota.

May 2003, Ramon took up a Project Management role at eInvestore Sdn Bhd (later merged with Firium), a Singaporean based software solution provider to implement their wealth management system (WMS) solution for UOB (Malaysia) Berhad. Besides being their Project Manager, he also worked closely with various levels of users to collect and document their functional requirements. He also undertook post-implementation support management duties to setup and oversee the support department. At the same time he helped the Sales Department in pre-sales work such as preparing proposals and providing product solutions.
