The continuation of Tellus but with a smaller team and a somewhat different focus. Development wise the same software as Tellus but here we build a new invoicing platform.

My role in a large team of developers was to design and develop corporate software for the Tellus lead generation platform. My expertise within Tellus lies in message based architecture, developer coaching, code reviewing, automated deployment, performance and scaling. I have given several presentation to the dev team to bring knowledge into the team but also creating awereness about small pitfalls that lots of developers make regarding design of software, unittesting and resource management.The environment allowed for heated discussions regarding software development but almost always ended with all parties to have learned something new and having more respect for each other.My knowledge regarding networking, IO, transactions, .net framework made me a good addition to the team to be able to deliver better solutions but also be able to understand the difficulties the operation department had with the deliverables that development provided. This resulted in the creation of a devops team to improve the overal release process. Severely shortening release cycles, resolving production issues and in general acceptance of the deliverables by the operations department.

Responsible for maintaining, improving and extending the behavior of the complete software platform that takes care of scheduling, streaming, capturing, indexing and transcoding of webcasts.

Improving the quality of the Erase software and its tool set by performing automated monitoring of the source code repository, having local builds for developers to test and improve builds and code quality. Creating awareness for code quality in the team and introducing pair reviewing,
