Responsible for assessing and hiring subcontractors.Waco Texas: Responsible for coordinating all technical efforts for three disparate sites for a $125 million organization to include software installation and development, EDI, cross-site standardization and monitoring, and technical process improvements.

Responsible for directing strategic analysis to create competitive advantage in eCommerce within the Andersen Consulting BaaN group through alliance development and potential market offerings. Built and maintained vendor relationships through joint marketing to prospective clients. Identified the need for and created an Andersen Consulting BaaN group eCommerce Supply Chain specialist team. Conduct sales presentations to third party vendors and clients.

Project lead for a team of six personnel in charge of data conversion for a Tier one automotive supplier in Holland, Michigan for Andersen Consulting’s first ManMan to BaaN implementation. Responsible for weekly status reports to upper management on project status and the development/maintenance of the overall work plan for data conversion.

Primary Project Director for Special Programs and Customer Service within a organization comprised of over 16,000 personnel. Serve as the organizational representative to state and national government, business, trade and civic organizations to include public relations and negotiations. Responsible for tracking and customer service for all requests for support in the organization. Track all international operations within the organization. Provide weekly executive briefings to upper management on project status.

Promoted one year ahead of contemporaries. Responsible for the preparation and development of training plans and tactical orders for a 600 soldier Armor Battalion. Coordinate with higher headquarters and outside agencies to support scheduled training.

Personally selected by the Battalion Commander over 16 peers. Commanded 38 soldiers and 42 vehicles. Directly accountable for the transportation and provision of ammunition, fuel and hazardous cargo for over 300 vehicles in the battalion. Personally responsible for over 13 million dollars worth of ammunition and fuel. Created, wrote and published policies and procedures. Stationed at the most forward deployed unit in Western Europe at the time.
