Relevant tasks included contributing to the modeling work and due diligence in the buy-side advisory to the Canadian pension fund CPPIB in the $1.1 bn acquisition of a 49% stake in Grupo Costanera, a major Chilean toll road company, preparing sales memos and managing financial modeling and sell-side due-diligence in the $39 mm sale of two toll roads by Besalco, a major Chilean construction company, and preparing and presenting to potential investors the financial model for the $67 mm IPO of Hortifrut, the largest producer of blueberries in the southern hemisphere.
