1. Joint responsibility with the captain for the safety and operational control of flights under guidance.2. Authorize, regulate and control commercial airline flights according to government and company regulations to expedite and ensure safety of flight.3. Responsible for economics, passenger service and operational control of day to day flight operations.4. Analyze and evaluates meteorological information to determine potential hazards to safety of flight and to select the most desirable and economic route of flight.5. Compute the amount of fuel required for the safe completion of flight according to type of aircraft, distance of flight, maintenance limitations, weather conditions and minimum fuel requirements prescribed by federal aviation regulations.6. Prepare flight plans containing information such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS and many other informational components required for the safe completion of flight.7. Prepare and sign the dispatch release which is the legal document providing authorization for a flight to depart.8. Delay or cancels flights if unsafe conditions threaten the safety of our aircrafts or passengers.9. Monitor weather conditions, aircraft position reports, and aeronautical navigation charts to evaluate the progress of flight.10. Update the pilot in command of significant changes to weather or flight plan and recommend flight plan alternates, such as changing course, altitude and, if required, enroute landings in the interest of safety and economy.11. - Attending a pre-flight briefing, during which air cabin crew are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight. Crew are also informed of flight details, the schedule and if there are passengers with any special requirements, such as passengers in wheelchairs or the number of infants on board.- Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, ensuring that information in the seat pockets is up to date and that all meals, drinks and stock are on board.- Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats.informing fliers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away.- Checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off.- Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight.serving meals and refreshments.- Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination.- Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations.- Giving first aid where necessary.- Eensuring passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers and no stowaways or suspicious items on board.- Completing paperwork, including writing a flight report.

- Direct and control all ground handling activities on assigned flights and act as the point of contact for airlines and teams for flight-related information in order to ensure on-time departures.- Manage aircraft turnaround process, supervise the allocation of service delivery teams to ensure all flights have the required resources; and coordinate all above and below wing activities for a safe and timely turnaround.

- Preparation of the entire folder of flight including: ICAO Flight Plan / Plan of computerized flight / Leaves Cargo / Notams / Meteorology / overflight and landing permissions, confirmations of service, ...).- Accounting 400Hz log supply and Air Conditioning. the aircraft.- Coordination of all external services required by the aircraft: fuel, catering, cleaning, maintenance, etc..

Flight Operations Coordinator / OCC- Check the outputs of the aircraft and takeoff times and improve them for the flight in question out on time .- Management and coordination of all external services required by the commander of the aircraft : fuel, catering , cleaning, maintenance , etc.- Utilization and verification of Eurocontrol CFMU , analyze all information short term airport facilities, airspace , etc. . destination airports , alternate route and to check possible limitations in its use.- Constant communication with CECOPS ( Control Center airport operations ) information on diversions , cancellations , delays, changes stand , specific requests , request Ground Slots , reporting of incidents, announcements alerts wind, storm, ice on the runway, Daily Allocation Report, etc. .- Messaging SITA between airports (MVT , PSM, LDM , etc. )- Keep informed pilots and flight coordinators of any changes in their flight plan or in the actual airport facilities, aircraft specific requirements (ASU / GPU , De- Icing or unscheduled maintenance).- Provide support and exchange information to pilots in flight. (Parking positions, fuel data, specific requests for PRM, maintenance request, security forces, etc).- Communication and coordination between Passenger and Ramp Departments with any relevant information, incident or change out schedule.- Management and accounting of use of records in aircraft (400hz supplies and Air Conditioning)- Coordination with Dublin GOps , application of all external services required by a client (ground transport, hotel accommodation, meal vouchers, etc).- Revision of internal flights and all its changes with pilots, maintenance, handling, reporting incidents to Dublin Crew Control, Cabin Crews in stand-by, etc.

- Inspect and verify passenger documentation- Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations- Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation if applicable- Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check in processes including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, as requiredMake public address announcements as required- Assist Ramp Service Agents to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers and gate checked bags (cleared through security) are made available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival- Operate equipment to include the jet way, computer keyboards, and carrier specific reservation/ ticketing software- Produce all required, work-related documentation- Other duties as assigned
