1. Joint responsibility with the captain for the safety and operational control of flights under guidance.2. Authorize, regulate and control commercial airline flights according to government and company regulations to expedite and ensure safety of flight.3. - Attending a pre-flight briefing, during which air cabin crew are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight.
