Perhaps it's you?My work is characterised by robust research fundamentals, data science and advanced analytics; domain expertise in human psychology, work and organisations; technological innovations and pragmatic solutions.With a PhD in Work Psychology and Management, I dedicated much of my career to enhancing work experiences and organisational outcomes by way of diagnosing and redesigning workplace culture, leadership, training, and work itself.The scope of my work covers the for-purpose and social impact realm as well as advising internal and external clients in commercial and government settings, contributing to systemic change by researching and influencing agendas, resource allocation, market dynamics and societal trends.I maintain deep expertise in statistical frameworks and modern analytics across quantitative, qualitative, sensitive and big data, and have innovated research, apps and workflows by leveraging the evolution of ML/AI technologies.I’ve raised seed funding and large government grants, speak at inter/national conferences, and been featured in the media. I love what I did to date and seek to find out what I do tomorrow.
