Working as a full-time / part time employee in the position of user experience researcher. My primary duties are:• Full Responsibilities for the entire design process applied in all Medika's Product.• Managing User Interface / User Experience Design Team that consists of five people, including me as User Experience Researcher, three Interface Designers, and one Content Writer.• Collaborate with User Interface / User Experience Design Team to effectively execute the entire UX design process, in accordance with UX Design best practice.• Manage the workflow of UX design and assignments for team members and oversee their work output.• Collaborating with Board and VP of Product in defining product concept derived from business needs and user needs.• Plan and execute user research studies includes but not limited to user interview, online questionnaire usability testing, data analytics, and literature review. • Perform data extraction process to gain insight into user behavior through various user research done.• Manage and create annotated wireframes, user flows, personas, and functional prototypes.
