As an Information Technology Technician specialized in computer and printer support and maintenance, I lead a dedicated team in efficiently resolving service requests, ensuring operational stability, and maintaining equipment. My solid experience reflects my proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks, providing technical leadership that results in swift problem resolution. Committed to continuous process optimization, I actively seek to contribute to the operational success of the team and proactively address the organization's IT needs.

I joined the ROIT team, where I played a key role in the development of the "supplier portal." My responsibilities included backend development in Python, frontend development with TypeScript and Vue3, and efficient database management using Firebase and PostgreSQL. Committed to best practices, I followed clean code guidelines and business rule specifications to ensure the quality and efficiency of the system.

I spent over four years at Melhortaxa, where I was a key player in developing solutions for internal systems, using C#, Python, and MySQL for the backend, and JavaScript (Vue.js + Nuxt.js) for the frontend. I worked with cloud services such as Azure Functions and CosmosDB, as well as AWS services for document storage. I actively participated in deployment and review processes, adopting agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

At Multsuport, I provided services for the Health Department of São Vicente. I worked in both on-site and remote support, maintaining Linux servers (SAMBA) and Windows Server 2012, and configuring networks in health units.

At Help Desk, my focus was on providing technical support onsite and remotely for commercial establishments in the Baixada Santista, working with a variety of equipment and systems.

I took on the role of an Informatics Professor at Evolutime, teaching everything from basic computer skills to advanced topics like Corel Draw, Photoshop, and computer assembly/maintenance.

I contributed to the PGU project, teaching classes on Windows Server 2008, promoting programming and server configuration for citizens free of charge.

As an intern in the INFOPAI program, I had the opportunity to teach basic computer skills (LibreOffice and basic internet navigation) to senior citizens.

I started my career as a computer science professor at Easycomp, catering to all age groups and teaching a range of topics from basic computer skills to AutoCAD.
