CurrentI am dedicated to fulfilling the vision and mission of FCA by working closely with the Regional Vice President to support Directors in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a highly capable and diverse staff. My role is focused on coordinating these crucial processes to ensure that our ministry strategy and discipleship methods are effectively implemented throughout the region.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Actively engaging in recruiting initiatives to attract highly qualified staff prospects who align with FCA's vision-based staffing plans.Hiring: Coaching and guiding Directors in selecting candidates who possess the necessary calling, character, competence, commitment, and chemistry to fulfill specific roles and responsibilities.Training: Sharing knowledge, providing resources, and delivering instruction to enhance the culture, increase capacity, and build competence among staff members, enabling them to execute their responsibilities effectively and reach their full potential.Development: Mentoring Directors in creating supportive environments where staff can develop their leadership skills, both individually and within teams. This includes fostering personal and professional growth, preparing them for future opportunities within FCA.In this role, I am passionate about fostering a diverse and talented workforce, empowering individuals to lead themselves, others, teams, and the organization.
