PURPOSE: To be able to apply my knowledge holistically, generating personal development as much as for the society. To act as an agent of change in the world, either individually, or through companies or organizations that also recognize themselves as such. CURIOSITIES: I like to reflect and philosophize about literature and real life. My artistic skills were manifested in 11 years of figure skating. My team spirit was strengthened with more than 20 practicing sports, with emphasis on volleyball. I lived in Canada in 2001 and made a two-month backpacking trip through Europe, where I visited 14 countries and 27 cities, couchsurfing. It's easy for me to make friends. Two years ago, I entered a journey of self-knowledge that had a silence retreat in the middle of the Peruvian Amazon forest last May. I believe love is the main tool for transformation. HIGHLIGHTS: I was guest lecturer at universities as Unisinos, Feevale and Univattes where I spoke about innovation, future and internationalization of companies. I act as a mentor in Startup Weekends. I presented a project at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). I was part of a team that developed market opening strategies for footwear companies in China, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, France and the United Kingdom.
