• As a prime system integrator, responsible for managing 25 vendors for a transformational program of replacing Vodafone's existing billing system with Matrixx system.• Vendor engagement, onboarding and delivery management• Responsible for closing scope, commercials and payment milestones of all the vendors• Responsible for governance and cash flow of vendor’s deliverables• Manage securing access to the customer’s servers and environments for all vendors• Work with internal stakeholders such as Architect, Environment & PMO as well as external stakeholders such as vendors and customer.

Attend requirement gathering sessions with the business owners to gather requirements. Perform initial impact assessment, document the requirements along with possible solutions, interact with different teams to finalise the best possible solution, delegate work to different teams/vendors and regularly monitor the progress. Liaise regularly with all the stake holders with progress, changes and blockers. Work with the Project Managers and Program Managers to finalise time, team and budget requirements. Attend core team meetings to understand the program strategy and how it impacts my projects. Plan the projects to go from Development to Delivery.
