I am an engineering leader and educator with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry and a doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt Peabody College. As the Assistant Director of Leadership Development at SMU Lyle School of Engineering, I design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and mindsets of engineering students and faculty in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.My expertise and passion lie in creating innovative solutions in solution architecture, product management, customer experience, and quality control. I have worked with leading companies such as AT&T, Intel, Bose, and Toyota, delivering impactful products and services to customers and stakeholders. I am also an active member and officer of the National Society of Black Engineers, where I lead programming efforts and contribute to the professional development of engineers across the nation. My mission is to empower engineering leaders to solve complex problems, create positive impact, and drive business growth.
