• Primary SPOC for validating the Threat Hunting reports from Endpoint Security Tools end to mitigate the threats.
• Providing File Path Exception, Port Scan Exception, USB Access and multiple required AV group movement of the required hosts and creating exclusions if any in AV.
• Troubleshooting the AV,EDR if any issue raises and to check which is it related to it and supporting the projects and the users if they face any issue related to the AV or EDR.
• Actively attending priority calls and working in a fast-paced manner to remediate the issue.
• Supporting SD, ITSD and ASD if there are any major issues with AV, EDR and raising cases with the OEM if any unexpected issues occur and keeping track of the cases for the closures.
• Creating compliance sheet on daily basis for our internal servers with AV reports and performing necessary action on it if it is Non-Compliance and if there are any issues.

• Troubleshooting over the user end machines for IT-related support issues, and logging cases with the OEM if there are any hardware-related issues, and keeping track of the previously raised cases to meet the closure of.
