Develop and continually refine a comprehensive student recruitment and admissions program for the recruitment of new domestic students. - Coordinate an integrated presence at recruitment and outreach events which includes participation of campus departments, faculty, and student services;- Conduct recruitment visits to high schools, community colleges, community organizations and other recruitment venues;- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with educational and community organizations, agencies and key stakeholders;- Maintain contact with prospective students, families and educational partners making referrals as necessary given the specific needs of students;- Advise prospective students, their families and sponsoring or governmental agencies on processes/policies relating to application, admission, financial aid, and academics;- Interpret statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies to recommend development of key and emerging outreach markets;- Develop metrics to assess key student populations for recruitment;- Develop data driven recruitment targets aligned with University enrollment goals and conduct analysis related to the achievement of established targets.
