Work through the entire IT recruiting life cycle, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to making offers and ensuring consultants are placed successfully with various government and commercial clients in the area. • Determine client requirements by participating in conference calls or onsite meetings to fully understand client needs, job requirements and qualifications. • Evaluate candidates by careful examination of resume, discussion of client requirements and applicant qualifications, phone screening or interviewing candidates onsite to ensure they meet a consistent set of qualifications and compliance expectations, and collaborating with Account Executives. • Maintain a growing pool of IT candidates by placing job advertisements, working with external recruiters/vendors, leveraging network contacts, utilizing news groups/ user groups, college employment agencies, and sourcing on various social media tools and job boards. • Establish recruiting requirements by understanding organization plans and objectives. • Determine candidate qualification for client submission by thoroughly interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, conducting technical evaluations, and closely comparing qualifications to client requirements. • Arrange client interviews by coordinating schedules; prepare applicants for interviews and thoroughly debriefing candidates after their interview with clients. • Discuss compensation, benefits, and other closing details with candidates up front to ensure a smooth placement once an offer is made.
