For nearly two decades, he has worked to strengthen the entrepreneurship and impact ecosystems in Latin America.As Global Head of Community Experience at Betterfly, he developed and executed a regional strategy to foster a sense of belonging among over 3,000 clients across seven countries.Previously, as Director of Academia B at Sistema B Internacional, Ramsés spearheaded the development of knowledge, methodologies, and tools to equip a new generation of professionals for the new economy, accelerating the transition to an economic system that prioritizes people and the planet over profit.As Executive Director of Sistema B Mexico, he collaborated with public and private stakeholders to promote a systemic shift in how business success is defined. In his role as Director of Ashoka Universities for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, Ramsés championed the adoption of social entrepreneurship and innovation as core values in higher education across the region. Early in his career, he co-founded Impact Hub Ciudad de México, a community of diverse actors committed to amplifying the impact of businesses and impact organizations worldwide.
