Provide pricing analysis for proposals and reports to contribute to the growth of the firm’s business development initiatives. Prepare and analyze reports on project profitability, resource utilization, firm financials and new business to assist executive leadership with strategic decision making. Assist project teams with budget and forecast management and client requests. Provide position specific training to new hires on resource planning, project management, time entry, billing duties, and matter opening procedures. Manage the billing for the complex firm accounts and coordinate with senior management on collection strategy.

Was responsible for the billing process for five senior partners and all the electronic billing for the Washington DC office. Work with the Collections staff and directly with clients to collect payment for aged invoices. Analyze past data to determine future billing arrangements.

Worked primarily with one Financial Advisor to help provide financial plans; life, long-term care and disability insurance options; and investment and education fund options to existing and potential clients.
