Over the last 20 years, I have championed positive and sustainable change in both public policy and private sector practice. Driven by social impact aspirations, I lead strategic planning efforts to improve the lives of people who have been historically marginalized or simply left behind by policies.Millions of people in America have followed the rules, been productive in their work, and raised their children to be good citizens only to age into poverty. This is an unacceptable injustice that must be addressed through policy and practice. As an economic policy strategist and advocate, I bring a holistic perspective to developing and scaling solutions that meet the needs of people today while preventing a recurrence of the same problems tomorrow. Establishing a viable economic security framework requires the input and effort of diverse public and private stakeholders. Throughout my career, I have built collaborations with federal agency officials, U.S. Congressional staff, state and local legislators, national associations, and corporate executives. I have testified before Congress, presented to industry leaders, addressed stakeholders at the United Nations Open-ended Work Group on Aging, and partnered in promoting solutions that improved the stability and sustainability of the socio-economic health and well-being of older adults. I am a servant leader who marches to the drumbeat of higher purpose and inspires others to do the same. Creating and clearly articulating the vision for bold transformational change engages and energizes stakeholders in campaigns to maximize social impact in the face of sometimes daunting challenges.I create value with these strengths:• Strategic Planning • Change Leadership• Public Policy & Advocacy• Public, Media & Legislative RelationsMy work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and CNN.
