Responsible for leading Qurate Retail Group's consolidated global forecasting and FP&A process. Spans 6 separate companies with worldwide net revenue of $11b and EBITDA of $1b+- Manage / create internal financial analytics and reporting (i.e., income statement, cash flow, & balance sheet) on actual and projected performance for Senior Management - Develop content of board updates and monthly financial summaries to parent company (e.g., P&L narratives, margin bridges, business narratives, etc.)- Direct annual budgeting timeline / deliverables and assist senior management with target development.
