My primary responsibility in this role is to lead the formulation of PS Technology's first ever 5 year strategic plan. This includes identifying, seeking buy in from Sr. Leadership, planning the execution of and monitoring the status of strategic initiatives. Also, responsible for translating the strategic plans into thorough forecasted financial statements. In this role I am also an integral member of our Product Management organization where I was responsible for all product level financial, pricing and market analysis. I also chair the Pricing Committee in which the Sr. Leadership team determines product list prices and approves strategic price discounts and non-standard contract terms. I am also instrumental in partnership negotiations and internal partnership evaluations, as well as contract negotiations.

In this role I was responsible for everything finance and accounting for PS Technology. Leading a team of Financial Analysts responsible for everything from budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting, invoicing, revenue recognition, financial close and financial/management reporting. I was considered the "CFO" of the subsidiary and had the opportunity to present quarterly financial results and communicate key financial issues to the Board of Directors.

In this role I was responsible for supporting the Regional Finance Directors in establishing annual budgets, weekly forecasts, variance reporting and any other financial analysis needed for the business unit. I also had the opportunity to take on the responsibility of company wide administration of our SAP budgeting system, BPC.

In this role I was responsible for financial modeling for the M&A and Strategic Planning groups. I preformed market analysis and competitive intelligence functions for regional strategic planning sessions. I was also instrumental in leading the financial modeling and arranging and structuring of debt and equity investment transactions for construction projects that required developer financing (e.g. Public Private Partnerships and Design, Build, Finance projects).

In this role I was responsible for the management of Kiewit's bank lending facilities. I was also responsible for the investment of a $100M+ portfolio of fixed income securities held in lieu of contract retainage. I also had the opportunity to support Kiewit's 401k Investment Committee with quarterly fund reporting, benchmark comparisons and attribution analysis.
