Chief Clinical Officer
Current➾ Executive leader providing strategic vision, planning, and implementation oversight while ensuring clinical excellence, guidance, efficiencies, and fiscal responsibility of a healthcare and education system serving 3,000+ children and families annually. Mentor and support 5 direct reports—Medical Director and Chief Psychiatrist, 2 Clinical Directors, Director of Business Operations, and Director of Training. Provide direct patient care 4-5 hours/week and strengthen relationship with academic partner, Stanford University.➾ Lead clinical operations, accountable for the success of a growing division and team of 60+ interdisciplinary directors, managers, and clinical staff. ➾ Engage in and lead strategic planning, public relations, fundraising, program development, and partnership-build initiatives that grow the practice and serve the swelling need for mental health services among youth.
