Planner Analyst Supervisor
CurrentWorking supervisor, assuming supervisor responsibilities on top of regular job duties, overseeing the Planner Analysts within the Water Work Management team. Directing, planning, and evaluating the work of planner analyst staff members, providing technical expertise to staff, and establishing section and staff work programs and objectives. Develop long-range and short-term planning initiatives, establishes policies, procedures, and practices related to assigned function(s), reviews new policy proposals or revisions, and recommend changes in practices and procedures to increase operating efficiency and expedite workflow. Supporting and training new staff members in work management best practices, analysis techniques and methodologies, orients staff with appropriate policies, standards, and procedures, and ensures that work conforms to departmental standards among other duties.
