As a therapist I have gained valuable insight into Mental Health and Wellbeing. This has enabled me to see Mental Health as a continuum, something that needs to be prioritised, thought about, and connected with on a daily basis. I believe we need to approach our wellbeing in a long term maintenance and stepped care approach. Our wellbeing should be a priority, to connect with automatically and reflect on everyday and not limited to a CBT session.
