Led research and documentary production in collaboration with the Global Challenges Research Fund and UKRI. Conducted qualitative research across four cities in Pakistan. Acted as a community liaison for various gender minorities and welfare organizations. Secured 33,000 GBP in funding from donors and managed grant disbursement and allocation.

Conducted data collection and analysis for research in information systems, economics, and education. Developed grants and research proposals for interdisciplinary research.

Founded an extra-academic initiative targeted for critical thinking and skill development successfully deployed across four underprivileged schools. Trained staff of 40+ interns across various departments, including administration, curriculum development, and liaison. Researched and designed personalized curricula for K-12 students and conducted teacher training workshops. Collaborated with non-governmental organizations for the development of supplementary educational material.

Facilitated farmers in Punjab with pest-control and sustainable farming methods by developing and disseminating course modules under the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). Managed the translation team for module development and designed scripts and storyboards for educational videos.
