Training Officer (Hr)
Talent & Organizational Development, Early Talent Programs, D&I and Employee Engagement Initiatives, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, HR Operations and Data ManagementResponsible for:• Facilitating all employee Learning & Development needs and processes including training needs assessment, identifying training partners, training content management, ensuring smooth training delivery and training effectiveness assessment• Deriving cultural change through different Organizational Development Initiatives through review and revision of HR policies in light of market best practices; e.g. Organizational Restructuring, Flexi-time initiative, Work from Home policy, Employee Benefits etc.• Initiating and administering various D&I and Employee Engagement Initiatives such asEmployee Retreats, Team Building activities, Recognition Programs and Town Halls; resulting in 11% increase in overall engagement score from 2018 to 2020• Managing Early Talent Development Programs including PPL Graduate & Special Trainee Programs from sourcing to onboarding to placement (50+ positions)• Leading end-to-end recruitment process for PPL Summer Internship Program to develop upcoming talent for Oil & Gas Industry (approx. 150+ internships offered every year)• Facilitating various Talent & Performance Management processes including Promotions, Employee Movement, Appraisals, Balance Scorecard and Objective Setting• Employee Grievance Handling in coordination with Senior Management• Building strong linkages with top tier universities to source high potential candidates• Representing PPL at university job fairs (IBA, LUMS, GIKI etc.) to enhance employer brand• Key user for SAP Training module and Success Factors Performance Management• Supporting Compensation & Benefits team during different cyclical activitities, benchmarking surveys and special projects
