He has immense experience across multiple sectors and industries, augmented by a strong foundation in corporate strategy and operations. This unique blend allows him to seamlessly align long-term strategic planning with effective execution. He has played pivotal roles in numerous significant M&A transactions, skillfully guiding integration efforts. Prior to his role at Emids, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hexaware Technologies and held the position of Chief Delivery Officer at Atos Syntel. Ram is a certified independent director by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and contributes to the field of education as a member of the Board of Studies for the ICT Academy, a government-supported, not-for-profit society in collaboration with state governments and industries. Additionally, he actively supports the development of underserved communities by partnering with schools on various educational initiatives.
