Was able to successfully handle challenges including IT industry lows, poaching of resources etc.;was able to keep employees motivated by a combination of creative pay structuring and training.Successes included keeping employee turnover to less than 20%, implementing creative compensation and career growth policies and managing poaching challenges implicit in the industry.Another key success area were initiatives to make the company adopt Agile/Scrum for projects. I learnt, understood and imparted Scrum awareness training and also coached teams as they started using Scrum in projects.

Worked with both functional and technical resources to define solutions that meet business requirements for customers.Designed, developed and implemented business applications for both domestic and overseas customers. Made several visits to the USA to meet and understand client requirements and discuss project plans.Development was done using Microsoft Technologies including Visual Basic, VC++, MS Access, MS SQL Server.
