- Keeping products' list in internal system (Exceedra) updated- Mapping the agreements between customers & KAM into internal SAP system- Modifying Action Plans, customer billing and addressing Ad-Hoc customer requests- Addressing the requests of customers to enhance sales operation and customer satisfaction

- Performing data validation and analysis, implementing dashboards and visualisations to support sales and marketing teams- Implementation Omni Channels, customer segmentation, target setting and team structure to improve customer (HCP) satisfaction- Cross functional collaboration: -- Sales: Setting up fieldforce targets based on sales strategies and importation plan -- IT: implementation of projects (CRM updates, Omni Channel implementation, QAPP) -- Finance & HR: Calculation incentive accruals, performance evaluation and incentive calculation -- Compliance: Consent collection (HCP level) -- Supply chain: Monitoring importation procedure and setting the sales forecast, S&OP meetings -- Marketing: Sample handling, updating products' message in CRM system -- Medical: MSL reporting system for new launches- Implementation non-sales incentive schemes to keep the team motivated

- Support implementation and update of an extended end-to-end CRM system of Novartis -- Active collaboration with external vendor to validate customer (HCP) data and deploy CRM system -- Ensure smooth running of CRM system, updating new modules, troubleshooting and raising tickets -- Close contribution with Novartis CRM global (Veeva) team to ensure implementing latest definitions and KPIs- Conducting regular trainings for Sales, Marketing and customers to keep them updated and have their feedbacks about areas of improvement- Preparation regular basis reports for Commercial Execution and Leadership team about the KPIs in CRM system- Preparation CRM SOP

- Supporting Supply Chain manager in order Placement procedure and raising PFIs - Demand Generation through IBM Cognos, Customer Service Level- Monitoring the importation plan through Logistic Monitoring tool

- Distributor data gathering, validating and encapsulating as feed for dashboards- Ensure implementation of Information Governance Strategies - Conducting trainings for the organisation about information governance and retention

- Keeping the customer data base updated- Finding new potential subscribers
