• Design, develop and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.• Assist in developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of fraud detection tools and procedures.• Identify, communicate and champion process improvement opportunities to eliminate or reduce fraud risk moving forward through internal policies, processes and/or controls.
