10 year anniversary coming up soon!I started off as a Sales Executive in 2008 which eventually led to a role in the Service Department. As MediaCast was a relatively young company, there were no established processes in the organization, most especially from the service side. I have worked with my colleagues and MediaCast management to formalize and document policies and processes that we still use for all support and service related tasks. Eventually I was given the added responsibility of managing our Apple Authorised Service Center, working with Apple designated representatives - and eventually Apple themselves - to establish and run our operations. Shortly after that I was tasked to set-up the Blackmagic Design Service Center, NewTek Service Center, and TVLogic Service Center. All of these Service Centers are currently being managed by me. I also manage the existing SLAs we have in place with our different high value clients. We offer priority support for organizations belonging to different industries such as Media, Aviation, IT, and Government. I work with a team of ten, and that team is a mix of Engineers, Technicians and IT Professionals with knowledge and experience ranging from the Broadcast, Live and Post Production, and IT, among others.

- Member of the Organizational Security Pillar of the Information Security Team whose main task is to plan, and develop strategies for the security awareness program.- Designs, develops and implements course materials and presentations for the Information Security Advocacy initiatives- Conducts regular awareness sessions to new employees and information security related trainings to all employees.- Helps in the regular review / development of information security policy and guidelines.- Conduct risk assessment, analysis of Disaster Recovery Plan and Business Continuity Plan of different teams for the organization. - Assists in the maintenance and exercises of Business Continuity Plans. - Established information security awareness program in August 2006.- Developed Information Security Course Materials online and established the Information Security Portal- Routinely conducts compliance assurance activities such as testing of controls for systems. Involves identifying gaps and recommending remediation plans.- Gathers, consolidates and generates reports out of information security advocacy and promotions related data statistics.
