I have comprehensive business and Human Resource Management experience throughout local and international companies in diverse industries in Lithuania. Last 14 years worked for Inter IKEA Group, involved in all HR managements areas locally and internationally, leader of global projects.I studied coaching at Russian and British coaching schools. I graduated from a program, which was approved by the ICF as an ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours) and got ACC certification in 2016. I have finished Gestalt studies and use this approach during coaching process. I strongly believe that coaching is a powerful tool enabling every person to open up and use their inner potential to reach personal and companies goals.
