This system has demonstrated completing the Design, Make, Test and Analyze (DMTA) cycles in a handful of days, greatly outpacing the two to three months or longer timelines required by either conventional outsourcing methods or internal turn-around times.- With the aid of a single Scrum team, accomplished a remarkable feat of converting the application from a single-service tenant model to a multi-shared tenancy model in a mere three months, all without causing any production disruptions. This transformation required restructuring the application's architecture to enable multiple tenants to use the same instance of the application while preserving data privacy and security.- Spearheaded the development of a state-of-the-art framework for the life sciences domain, enabling effortless integration with third-party and customer systems. The framework incorporated advanced technical features such as APIs, SDKs, ETL, and data warehousing, ultimately resulting in a centralized hub for a closed-loop discovery platform.- Conceptualized and developed a novel workflow builder utilizing cutting-edge technology, allowing scientists to define and execute their scientific experiments remotely, with zero-human touchpoints in the lab. This innovative solution has reduced onboarding effort for new experiments/assays by a staggering 300%.- Exhibited versatility by assuming various roles, including those of product owner and user experience designer, to define and prioritize product features. Additionally created low-fidelity mockups to assist development teams in overcoming any challenges or obstacles they encountered during the product development process.

Chaired the architecture, design & implementation of SAAS platform for choreographing autonomous inspection workflows, working closely with operations team, product managers, user interaction designers, and software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.- Single handedly architected and implemented configurable, scalable & pluggable auditing component which later integrated into 6 microservices, very critical from the compliance requirements of platform using ElasticSearch, Logstash & Kibana(ELK) technologies, within 2 months.- Overhauled work order management application by leading a scrum team of 5, to ease operations team job of management of their work and collection of inspection data.- Crystal clear communication of conceptual ideas and design rationale bolstered the architecture and implementation of service choreography of platform services. This assisted in elimination of manual steps to generate 3D models and parallel processing of multiple image analytics, thereby reducing overall time from 8 hours to 20 mins.- Provided a comprehensive design & implementation for registration of outcomes/output of different analytics into the platform. Few of the product lines which are noteworthy are Asset Performance Management (APM), Asset Life-cycle Management (ALM), IOT Product for streaming of timeseries data, Drilling Customer Experience & Artificial Lift products of Oil and Gas businesses.- Provided guidance & technical leadership to the members of the engineering team in the areas of cloud development, micro-services and data ingestion which had brought down the ingestion time of assets by almost 4 folds, and cloud deployment model of third-party apps and their integration into other mainstream products has received appreciation from higher management and senior architects.- Conception, design and implementation of multi-tenant application and data access management in every product line during the above tenure has been adopted by other product lines and other businesses.- Architecting and implementing `fine-grained` access permissions, leveraging the standard application access management policies, has helped to address very critical customer requests.
