Responsible for Fabrication, Installation & Handing over of Steel Structure, Cladding for Warehouse / Steel Buildings / Sports Complex / Work Shops etc

Planning of monthly target which will be split into micro level activities for carrying out on daily basis. It includes material planning, manpower, T&P planning and execution.Preparation and maintaining of all site relevant documents like log sheet, protocol, erection, alignment reports and as build sketch etc.Co-ordination with customer/client to site subordinates.Preparation of monthly RA bills/extra work bills/PVC bills/ final bill with client.Preparation of monthly / finally materials reconciliation.Monitoring / Verification of Subcontractors RA bills/final bill.
