• Work with the Treasury Management Officer on client proposals including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc.• Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research• Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions• Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & market• Work with Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up, and accurate pricing/billing

• Responsible for various client service, relationship management, and operational control activities of an assigned portfolio of commercial customers. • Serve as the primary point of service contact for each client within given overall commercial portfolio.• Learn extensive product knowledge in order to have a broad understanding of operational flows. • Utilize the needed skills to recognize service opportunities to refer bank products and services.• Ability to make both joint and independent client calls with Bankers and Treasury Marketing Officers. • Proactive portfolio management involvement essential to ensure data integrity of bank source systems and client contact information.
