• Control hold and release of final products based on the compatibility of the product with PepsiCo Standards.• Insure plant compatibility with GMPs, personnel hygiene and HACCP requirements.• Provides daily/shift brief session regarding GMP's and personnel hygiene to the entire quality personnel and ensure compliance. • Initiate corrective action reports and variance for issues related to manufacturing process and follow up on the execution of the actions.• Share in monthly AIB internal audits insuring complying with all AIB five categories and responsible for closing all observation and requested corrective actions.• Responsible for validation and compliance of GMPs, GLPs, CCPs and OPRP’s for all lines according to desired frequency (Daily, weekly, monthly …etc.)• Handling customer complaints with initiation of needed corrective action and follow up on it’s execution. • Manages a shift of line chemists and quality technicians and the quality laboratory operations. • Provides support and coaching for shop floor teams for day to day activities. • Organizes workflow and task schedules to maximize line chemists and quality technicians work efficiency. Performs weekly records audits to ensure accuracy of data recording and reporting

1. Perform routine microbiological testing in compliance with the predetermined micro sampling plan to support finished product release and validation and to ensure safe operations, compliance with environmental laws, and conformance to PI standards and good manufacturing practices "GMP's".2. Use microbiological instrumentation such as laminar flow cabinet, micro samples filtration instrument, pH meter, autoclave, incubators, magnetic heaters, etc to preform microbiological analysis.3. Use packaging materials inspection instrumentation such as burest tester, secure seal tester, micrometer, boucles, etc to perform compliance analysis to all packaging and raw materials received by the plant.4. Perform packaging/raw materials SAP inspection.5. Perform instrument calibration and follow up on preventive maintenance program.6. Maintain micro data archives and micro samples7. Logging and tracking of microbiological samples8. Document/review microbiological laboratory work using laboratory worksheets in compliance with GLP requirements.9. Order media and laboratory supplies as needed and maintain adequate levels of supplies to ensure continuity of laboratory operations. 10.Maintain strictest standards of hygiene in laboratory area.11.Lead the corrective/preventive action plans regarding out of specs microbiological samples12.Report out of specs packaging/raw materials and follow up on corrective actions with the central technical packaging department.13.Perform all Category 3 and Category 4 microbiological testing14.Ensure compliance to PI minimum mandates regarding microbiological requirements, packaging specs and sanitation standards15.Supervise sanitation and deep cleaning processes in all plant's areas16.Perform quarterly microbiology proficiency scheme analysis and report results to Cork lab in Ireland17.Monitor compliance to all packaging and raw materials suppliers regarding SQA guidelines and approvals

1.To carry out microbiological laboratory testing products both work in progress and finished products by following the correct methods of analysis , work instructions , labs. Procedures and policies. 2.Carry out Pathogen testing for raw materials ,finished products and environmental samples (PEM). 3.Ensure tests are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to agreed schedule and all results documented correctly. 4.Sampling and testing of the received Raw materials according to the approved sampling protocol and reporting results according to SOP and regulatory requirements.5.Sampling and testing environmental samples including water , air , production equipment , and labor , according to the specified schemes and reports results for monitoring and full compliance to standards.6.Validates the hygiene within the manufacturing environments through microbiology environmental sampling and testing including water , air , production equipment and labour according to the specified schemes and reports results for monitoring and full compliance to working standard. 7.Ensure any non conformance from standard is reported correctly to manager / quality teams / production (as required) , record corrective actions taken.8.Perform and records required internal calibration of micro lab. Equipment 9.Ensures that Good Laboratory Practice(GLP) is carried out through all lab activities. 10.Conducts timely and accurate results for proficiency testing as planed. 11.Participate in investigations into product issues, customer complaints.12.Implement of international standard ISO17025/IEC technical requirements.13.Carry out risk assessment in the lab according to KF policies and local regulation.14.Participate as a member in tasting panel team CTOR

1- Ensure the implementation of food safety systems in Production Area . 2- Monitoring production processes to ensure there is no deviation from the standards of Specifications .3-Monitor critical control points and takes the necessary corrective actions in case of deviation from the critical limits.4- Implementation of the laboratory tests necessary to ensure product quality in All stages of production Until the finished product. 5-Ensure the implementation of food safety systems in production area ( ISO 9001, HACCP ,GMPs, GHP.... etc.)

1.To carry out chemical and physical laboratory testing of products both work in progress and finished products by following the correct methods of analysis and work instructions. 2.Ensure tests are carried out in a timely and accurate manner and all results documented and reported correctly. 3.Ensure any non conformance of standard is reported correctly to laboratory leader / quality teams / production( as required) , record corrective actions taken.4.Perform and record internal calibration for the lab. Equipment and instruments as per the required intervals . 5.Ensure retained / shelf life samples are stored effectively for traceability and testing as required.6.Participate in investigations into product issues, customer complaints.7.To ensure all reagents, tools and instruments are kept in the correct condition and report any issues in a timely manner.8.To carry out any other tasks relevant to the department as requested by department managers.9.Adhere to Good Laboratory Practice(GLP) within the lab and the international standard ISO 17025.
