Throughout my senior management career, I have strategically planned and executed initiatives that are critical to the organization’s near-term and long-term success. I have also served as an active member of the Executive Committee. This has given me a broad perspective on the needs and challenges of the overall organization.I have enhanced my technology-focused planning and decision-making by developing a strong understanding of financial statements, financial KPIs, customer insights, and related issues. As a result, I have been able to make sound executive decisions within my organization and provide valuable insights for strategic, top-level corporate planning.Along the same lines, I obtained an MBA from well-regarded Warwick University in the UK to expand my leadership capabilities even further.I believe strongly that communication and collaboration—not only within an organization but across functional boundaries—represent key pieces of a company’s long-term success.
