As a veteran of the FinTech industry, I choose to focus on disruptive technologies and innovative digitized solutions.During my 20+ years career in the financial industry I have gained experience & professional competence in the development of financial products & brokerage services, with a focuss on trading strategies, automated trading systems, trading platforms and risk/decision tools. My recent and current attention is strictly dedicated towards digital assets, payment applications, and exchange platforms, as well as blockchain driven solutions in the non-financial field. I was raised in an international environment and studied English literature, communication science, and Asian art history. My original intention to become a professional art dealer and auctioneer led to a deep interest in stock markets and capital markets as a whole, the greatest auction house of our times. After working briefly in the fields of event management and sales, I embarked on a career in the financial industry. Working for subsidiaries of major financial institutions, I helped introduce CFDs to Austria and was one of the first to conduct seminars and workshops on futures and currency trading in the German speaking region. The organizing of live trading events and trading competitions allowed me to meet and establish strong relationships with established, renowned international traders and build a broad network of partners and customers.Although I'm a huge people person, when I am not working, I like to play my drums, listen to music, ride my bicycle, read, or simply take a walk on the beach. Music has a special place in my soul, and I appreciates all kinds of music especially electro, funk, drum & bass, chill-hop and the likes.I love meeting new people, and learning new things. I am a good listener, which doesn't mean I will always agree with what I hear. I never shy from speaking my mind, clearly and politely.
