• Managing the inbound & outbound Transport Processes.• Follow up the shipment from port to customer on 24/7 basis and tracking transportation vehicles by Phone.• Managing the local transport fleet activities for local and Export shipment as well as local transport of imported shipments either to the company’s warehouse or to a customer.• Update clients with each shipment status and any delay may occur.• On time alerting of any problem transpires to trucking daily operations.• Send trucking daily report to clients on the agreed scheme as per department SOP.• Generate all required weekly reports as needed on timely basis.• Generate KPI monthly report.
