Responsible for Chemipharm Industries Egypt (Main branch), Kemipharm Industries (Morocco branch) and scientific office branches.• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of informationsystems and electronic data processing.• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs andtimelines.• Hire and manage information system engineers and contractors to design,develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunicationssoftware, networks and information systems.• Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.• Train staff about potential uses of existing technology.• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software andresources.• Provide recommendations about accessing information and data.• Troubleshoot and securing hardware, software and network operating system.• Troubleshoot all technology issues.• Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.• Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources.• Provide network accounts and passwords as required.• Monitor security of all technology.• Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating jobexpectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching,counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcingsystems, policies, and procedures.• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
