- Review and Authorize outgoing SWIFT messages and ACH transactions.- Review MIS and Accounting controls reports and statistics.- Follow up with branches and correspondent banks for any queries.- Review EOD journal.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions and tasks assigned and/or delegated.- Establish and amend RMA (Relationship Management Application) with the agreed.- Review capital certificates.- Add, update or delete Bank Audi’s signatures on I-Score system upon receiving the approvals from the Operational Risk department.

-Ensure timely & accurate processing of all outgoing transfers, capital certificate & ACH transactions.-Receiving and settling our charges claims to/ from correspondents and other banks.-Send and receive inquiries and investigation swifts concerning outgoing transfers.- Contact branches to obtain necessary data and account amendments (Blocked, closed, dormant accounts) in order to execute outgoing transfers.- Send investigation SWIFT messages as per instruction from other departments (Compliance, Finance, FI) to obtain additional data concerning credit and debit entries applied on our accounts held with our correspondents.- Follow up with TBO to confirm on funds availability with our correspondents.- Contact Dealing Room daily to confirm on the liquidity balances.- Contact FX desk for any cross currency transactions.- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports requested by other departments and CBE.

-Ensures that all documents quoted in the checklist are received (current & savings, payroll and Corporate).-Verifies account’s data & the opening documents and validates the account opening data on BankMate System.-Finds missing or invalidity of any documents will return the file to the branch to complete, indicating the missing in the file (signatures, documents, approvals etc...), and blocks the first opened PL.-Takes the necessary actions to scan the specimen cards according to the Signature Scanning procedures.
