• Overseeing and executing plans for a comprehensive range of global business development initiatives related to CBN's Identity security division, including turn-key ePassport/eID programs (with embedded Integrated Circuit (IC) technology and data/access control), Information Technology (IT) services, Secure identity and data software control solutions, Digital Identity, Border Management systems, and the development of innovative Data Analytics platforms.• Managing all phases of the development/sales life cycle from developing the demand, through to closing new contract business.• Executing strategic planning through commercial negotiations, and purpose-driven approaches to ensure successful contractual agreements.• Liaising with internal marketing, value-stream leads, and subject matter experts to build and maintain a set of core competencies in the application of emerging digital identity standards and technologies.• Leading assigned Business Development team members and fostering their development in complex solution selling, business relationship building and effective customer relationship management (CRM).• Acting as the key point-of-contact (POC) to core customers across assigned global regions, particularly to address any mission critical needs, specific business requirements, and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are continuously met.

Assisting the division of International Defence Relations (IDR) by executing various administrative duties, including but not limited to:* Coordinating high-level International events; organizing departmental conferences and quarterly seminars; * Drafting memos, briefing reports, and research papers on various cases;* Assigning, processing, and managing a high volume of Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests/consultations under tight deadlines.

Audio/Visual support technician for DIMEUS 3-5 Group (Director of Information Management and End-User Services). Duties included:* Managing incidents and work-orders, while organizing tasks by order of priority and pertinence;* Installation and setup of SecureFax machines, LCD/LED TV's, conference room boards (i.e. mounted projectors, rear-projection screens, and Smartboards), and sound systems at various DND buildings;* Installation of multi-visual computer and conference room systems;* Setup and operation of large-scale PA systems for CFC/DND parades, memorials, and national military ceremonies.
