CareRx (Previously Centric Health Corporation) is a publicly listed, diversified healthcare company with sales over $400M through 5 segments of business: Physiotherapy, Home Medical Equipment, Pharmacy, Surgical Centres and Medical Assessments.In this role, I developed quarterly forecasts, yearly budgets, and five-year strategic consolidated forecast model for the business. Presented at Monthly Business Review and developed operation assessment for executive and Board presentation. Created Complex Financial Models to measure the fit of all new opportunities and acquisitions.

Managed bank models, presentations, forecasts and covenant calculations for High Yield Bonds, Bank Loan, and Operating Lines totaling $300M. Developed models, and managed external parties regarding $200M High Yield Bond issuance and repurchase arrangements. Managed day to day divisional cash flow to facilitate the company’s cash profile.

Prepared consolidated financial statements, MD&A, monthly board packages and KPI reporting under IFRS. Partnered with external auditors to complete year end and quarterly reviews.Prepared and presented confidential information memorandums, valuation models, and sell side presentations to private equity and strategic buyers for divestitures ranging from $10M to $250M. Completed required due diligence, and negotiations on purchases ranging from $1M to $50M.Venture Integration – Led cross functional teams through venture integration and divestiture which included legal, IT, and HR for ventures ranging from $10M to $250M. Transitioned acquired ventures into a public company reporting cycles.
