• Controlling the entire inventory including all related subjects.• Supporting the decision takers through preparing the P/L & Stock reports on time.• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual analysis reports covering the Stock profitability & Count Result.• Planning & controlling the periodic count for the on hand petrol stock, Palm grocery, fleet and the fixed assets.• Supporting the budgeting process.• Putting the improvement plans.• Ensure that the entire business is operating smoothly through an integrated chains tide all the departments.• Analyzing the business trend and solve the arise problems.

• Controlling the Insurance file including Contracting, Renewal, Claiming covering all Insurance Policies (Motor, Property, Money, Fidelity, and Stock).• Monitoring the monthly GL, AP & AR entries.• Reviewing the Suppliers & Customers’ Reconciliations.• Ensure the Supplier’s payment is done on time.• Following our due Receivables with the customers.• Ensure adhering monthly deadline.• Reviewing & analyzing the monthly Profit/Loss.• Preparing the monthly financial reports to the board.• Preparing AR aging report.• Reviewing & reconciling the suppliers’ benefits (Rebate, Price Protection, Sell Thru and Marketing support).• Monitoring CAPEX & OPEX budgets.

• Fixed Asset: Addition – Tagging - Transfer – Disposal – Annual count.• Suppliers (Stock & Consignment): Invoice booking – Payment – supplier reconciliation.• Customers: Invoice and Payment receiving,• LPO: Quotations review - issuing LPO – Tracking P.Os • Petty Cash: Booking – Controlling – Count.• Payroll & Social insurance.• Final Check List: Revision & Approval.• Banks: booking, reconciliations.• Inter Company: Booking and reconciliations all transactions between the company branches in the other countries.• Dealing with internal audit.• Monthly Closing: as per deadline.
