Current• Serving as a scientific expert accountable for educating, training, and troubleshooting the cell therapy workflow for the engineers and scientists of biopharmaceutical industries. • Responsible for special projects, client collaboration, and scientific novelty and value analysis of customer training.• Established relationships with lead scientists and engineers of 15 biopharma companies in the Pacific Northwest and Bay area; training industry employees in the use of cutting edge instruments including Rotea (PBMC isolation/wash/concentrate), Xenon (gene editing), and Dynacellect (magnetic associated cell separation) and security, audit, and electronic signature (SAE) Administrator Console Software for the establishment of cell therapy workflow platforms at GMP facilities.• Collaborates with the team of product development, technology transfer, MSAT and GMP manufacturing engineers. Repeatedly receives excellent customer reviews.• Leveraging competitive analysis results to improve instrument functionality and cell therapy workflow efficiency. • Helping biopharma clients troubleshoot challenges faced during the transition from PD to GMP manufacturing and CFR part 11 compliance that is an essential component of FDA regulation.
