Duties include:Financial: - Analyzing Financial Statement to evaluate company position in ( Liquidity & Efficiency – Solvency – Profitability – Market Prospects ) - Cost Center Assigning And Indirect & Direct Cost Calculation As per GAAP and Company Activity - Contributing in and Reviewing all financial statements creation and balances confirmation. - Designing the financial tree structure and document circulation- Following up all daily and monthly accountants reports and general ledger balances- Planning & Budgeting statements based on Company historical data and forecasting data from industry itself. Logistics:- Foreign purchases from various countries in EU, USA and Asia- Shipping agencies allocation, shipment documentation, Customs and legalization clearance - Local & offshore purchases.- Rent inquires for company headquarters and employees' accommodation - Preparation & coordination for company participation in The Qatar Exhibition 2016 & 2018 and Qatar Milipol 2018.- Monitoring company vehicles' usage and drivers' activity daily reports.Administration: - Following all company government inquiry with delegator and governmental organizations.- Familiar with all procedures related to government different organizations inquiries and rules related to tenders & trade license - CR – Tax card issuance & MOI regulation for CCTV-Fire alarm activities - Recruitment - Writing Official letters in Arabic and English addressed to government organizations.Legal: - Following up on all company cases (Commercial – Insurance – Rent) along with the company lawyer.- Aware of the Rent Law, Trading Law and Labor Law in Qatar.
